This is to inform all AIBE XXI candidates that the Certificates of Practice (COP) of candidates who had enrolled with their respective State Bar Councils and uploaded their Enrolment Certificates on or before 30 July 2026 have been processed, printed, and dispatched to their respective State Bar Councils.

Candidates are advised to contact their respective State Bar Councils regarding the collection/status of their COP.

Further, candidates who uploaded their Enrolment Certificates after 30 July 2026 and up to 30 September 2026 shall be considered in the second lot of COP processing and dispatch, subject to successful verification of their documents.

Candidates are advised to regularly check the AIBE Portal for further updates regarding the status of their COP.

The Rechecking Results for AIBE-XXI have been declared. Candidates who had applied for rechecking are advised to log in to the AIBE Portal to view their results.

The Application Portal for AIBE XXII (All India Bar Examination - XXII) will go live today at 04:00 PM.

Candidates are advised to visit the official AIBE website and complete their registration/application process as per the schedule.

New candidates may register themselves and complete the online application form through the AIBE XXII portal.

Candidates who have failed in previous AIBE XX or XXI examination are not required to register again. Such candidates may log in using their existing User ID and Password to fill and submit the AIBE XXII application form.

It is hereby notified that the Online OMR Rechecking Portal for AIBE-XXI shall remain open as per the following schedule:

After completion of the rechecking process, the updated results, if any, will be communicated to the candidates on their registered e-mail IDs.

The candidates are required to pay an online rechecking fee of ?500/- for rechecking of their OMR sheet. Applications for rechecking submitted through any mode other than the online portal (including physical copies) or without payment of the prescribed fee of ?500/- shall not be accepted.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) is pleased to announce that the result of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE-XXI), conducted on 07 June 2026, has been declared.

Dear Candidates are hereby informed that the provisions regarding the submission of Enrolment Certificates have been revised vide BCI Letter No. BCI:D:4035/2026 dated 23.06.2026.

Candidates who appeared in and qualified AIBE XIX and subsequent AIBE examinations under the undertaking-based eligibility framework are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria, conditions, and timelines prescribed in the above- mentioned BCI letter before submitting their Enrolment Certificates.

The benefit of the extended timeline, wherever applicable, shall be available strictly in accordance with the provisions contained in BCI Letter No. BCI:D:4035/2026 dated 23.06.2026.

The last date for submission of the Enrolment Certificate is 06th January 2027.
